METUBNIC 2026 Registration Information
Early Bird Registration Fees (October 1 – October 31)
Regular Participants: 2.500 ₺ / 50 €
Graduate Students*: 1.800 ₺ / 35 €
Late Registration Fees (November 1 – December 4): 3.000 ₺ / 60 €
- The registration form (to be announced) will include bank details for payment and other relevant information.
*To qualify for the graduate student registration fee, you must upload written proof of your status (e.g., a current student enrollment certificate, a letter from your university confirming your student status, an unemployment certificate, or another official document verifying your eligibility).
Please note that registrations submitted without adequate supporting documentation will be considered incomplete and cannot be processed until the required documents are received. If the documentation is provided after the early-bird registration period has ended, the early-bird rate may no longer apply.
