Early Bird Registration Fees (October 8 – November 8)
Regular Participants: 2.500 ₺ / 50 €
Graduate Students*: 1.800 ₺ / 35 €
Late Registration Fees (November 9 – December 4): 3.000 ₺ / 60 €
- The registration form includes bank details for payment and other relevant information.
- The deadline for submitting the registration form is 23 October. The deadline for the early-bird registration fee is 8 November.
*To qualify for the graduate student registration fee, you must upload written proof of your status (e.g., a current student enrollment certificate, a letter from your university confirming your student status, an unemployment certificate, or another official document verifying your eligibility).
Please note that registrations submitted without adequate supporting documentation will be considered incomplete and cannot be processed until the required documents are received. If the documentation is provided after the early-bird registration period has ended, the early-bird rate may no longer apply.
